What does a Secondary Latin-Centered curriculum look like?

I think I've got a pretty good grasp of what a Latin-Centered is for the primary grades, but what about high school? Is science covered? How? What about history? How is it different from the neo-classical curricula such as WTM and Veritas Press Omnibus?

I could really use some help here, as I have a 7th grader and I am hoping to keep her home thru high school but I really don't know how I'm going to do it. (My two oldest girls are in public high school).

The main differences...

at least as far as my own curriculum suggestions go are:

  • continued emphasis on Latin and Greek, with the goal of reading literature in those languages
  • a stripped-down selection of Great Books read in translation and studied in depth
  • the study of classical rhetoric and logic, the latter of which may continue through 12th grade
  • greater emphasis on geometry (ideally 2 years)

I do suggest more formal science and history studies in high school as well.
