Aesop Audio Book
I just wanted to pass on a link to a very nice and relatively inexpensive CD recording of Aesop's Fables. We've borrowed this from the library several times now, and my dd really enjoys it.

I am hoping that my library has it, or can get it through ILL. This would be a wonderful way to gently start school this summer.

Neither my library, or ILL has this available. I guess that we will do it as a read aloud and maybe try to budget it in this winter.

I Love Audio books
I love audio books... we've been on an audio book kick recently... and some of the 2nd grade books you recommended I got on audio from our library too. I am waiting to hear the Brer Rabbit ones...
